This month’s Wine of The Month is Penfolds Koonunga Hill Cabernet Sauvignon.

A bold, full bodied wine displaying lovely aromatics, excellent structure, and great length from South Australia.

The palate is firm, structured and very generous. Milk chocolate flavours lead the way, with a generous berry compote close behind. The tannins are silky, almost waxy, creating a fine graphite like core. 

We suggest a glass of Penfolds Cabernet Sauvignon with our 300G Riverina Angus Rump.
