As you may be aware, Oak Flats Bowling Club and Illawarra Yacht Club amalgamated in 2013 and until now, member benefits have operated exclusively at each individual venue.
We can finally share the great news that from 1st July 2022, we have launched My Rewards which provides benefits across both Oak Flats Bowling Club and Illawarra Yacht Club! It has been a mammoth task getting infrastructure ready at both venues but we’re so excited that our members can finally enjoy benefits across our two fantastic clubs.
If that isn’t exciting enough, My Rewards includes exciting benefits such as birthday rewards, membership discounts and major members only promotions so that you get a whole lot more value for your membership!
So, what does this really mean for you when you visit us?
MY REWARDS
Your membership has unlocked benefits at Oak Flats Bowling Club and Illawarra Yacht Club. With one membership card, you will be able to access all these My Reward benefits across both venues:
- Enjoy both Oak Flats Bowling Club and Illawarra Yacht Club without having to sign in
- Enjoy membership discounts
- Birthday rewards in your birth month
- Earn and redeem bonus points
- Enjoy all the perks of membership including member promotions and badge draws
WHAT IF I AM A CURRENT MEMBER AT OAK FLATS BOWLING CLUB?
Visit us at Oak Flats Bowling Club or Illawarra Yacht Club to pick up your new membership card. My Rewards benefits were activated from 1st July 2022. Your membership card will grant you entry to both venues, birthday rewards, access to membership discounts and allow you to earn, win and spend bonus points.
WHAT IF I AM A CURRENT MEMBER AT ILLAWARRA YACHT CLUB?
From 1st July 2022 your Illawarra Yacht Club membership number has changed. But don’t fear, your membership card will continue to work at either venue until you visit us at reception to print your new card. Your new membership number will grant you access to My Rewards benefits.
BIRTHDAY REWARDS
Now that our members receive benefits at both of our venues, we feel it’s a perfect time to introduce birthday rewards through our My Rewards program! From 1st July 2022, if you visit us during your birthday month, you will receive a $5 drink and 2 x $25 worth of raffle tickets. Simply swipe your membership card at either venue to redeem your birthday reward.
WHAT IF I AM A MEMBER OF BOTH VENUES?
We have identified the members who have paid for membership at both Oak Flats Bowling Club and Illawarra Yacht Club and have contacted you so you can understand what will happen with your membership. From 1st July 2022, your Illawarra Yacht Club membership number will no longer work. We will be combining the years from both memberships, and you will have a new card with your new expiry date. Be sure to visit us at either venue’s reception from 1st July 2022 so we can print your new membership card that will unlock your My Rewards benefits.
WHAT IF MY MEMBERSHIP EXPIRES IN 2022?
If your Oak Flats Bowling Club membership or Illawarra Yacht Club membership expires in 2022 you can renew at either venue! From 1st July 2022 visit our reception at either venue and we will be able to process your membership.
